Integrated Resorts
Manila, Philippines
Solaire Resort & Casino was the first 5-star luxury integrated casino resort in Manila, setting the benchmark for the future Entertainment City area in Manila Bay. The resort features 800 hotel rooms and suites, private villas, a performance theatre, VIP gaming, a ballroom & convention centre, F&B and a luxury retail mall.
Samantha was appointed as Lead Design Director, responsible for the overall design direction and design management of the project. Under her strategic and aesthetic leadership, the first luxury retail mall in the Philippines was realized. Leveraging her network, she successfully introduced and negotiated with globally recognized fashion brands to establish their presence as tenants in the mall.
Samantha also oversaw all resort interior design requirements, working closely with the Chairman, project management team, and operations team to develop the program requirements that ultimately formed the foundation of this highly successful integrated resort.
