Sentient

Located in the heart of Copenhagen, Sentient is an immersive destination inspired by ancient rituals and the awakening of the senses. Conceived as an intimate journey through the culinary world, the venue blurs the boundaries between hospitality, theatre, and storytelling, inviting guests into a multi-sensory experience where every visit unfolds as a carefully choreographed ritual.

The design explores the interplay of emotion, sound, light, scent, and texture to create an atmosphere that is both evocative and deeply memorable. Layered materiality, dramatic lighting, and tactile finishes work in harmony to transform the space throughout the evening, encouraging discovery and meaningful human connection.

Habitus developed a design concept that celebrates the art of sensory immersion while delivering a refined and contemporary hospitality experience. Every element was carefully considered to create a destination that is intimate, atmospheric, and timeless—a place where design, mixology, and gastronomy converge to leave a lasting impression.
