Self-Invest Commercial Towers

Selfinvest Commercial Towers is a contemporary workplace destination in Denmark, designed to elevate the daily experience of its occupants through a seamless integration of architecture, hospitality, and wellness. The project reimagines the traditional office environment by creating a vibrant and welcoming destination that encourages collaboration, connection, and community.

The arrival experience is defined by a generous double-height reception lobby, anchored by a sculptural spiral staircase that gracefully spans the central atrium. Serving as both a functional circulation element and a striking architectural centerpiece, the staircase establishes a strong visual identity while fostering connectivity between floors.

Supporting the workplace experience is a thoughtfully designed staff canteen inspired by modern Scandinavian principles, where natural materials, clean lines, and abundant daylight create a warm and inviting social hub. Complementing these shared spaces is an intimate wine bar that offers a sophisticated setting for informal meetings, client entertainment, and after-hours gatherings.

Habitus developed a design language that balances timeless elegance with contemporary functionality, layering refined materials, understated detailing, and human-centred planning throughout the development. The result is a workplace that transcends the conventional office, creating an environment where productivity, wellbeing, and hospitality coexist in harmony.
