Newtown Mactan

The Newtown Square Casino is poised to become an integrated resort situated in the vibrant township of the Mactan Newtown in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu. It features a boutique casino, specialty restaurants, shops and signature villas, pool club, bar and F&B.

Habitus’ vision is to design this property as a destination that redefines luxury and offers unforgettable experiences for gaming and leisure. The location of the property allows itself to create opportunities to become a unique development. The project scope is to design a boutique casino comprised of F&B, arrival lobbies, public areas, rooftop, VIP villas, circulation, and landscape, with careful and clever consideration on adjacencies. The villas will be designed such that they will showcase a sophisticated scheme woven throughout, while reflecting its own distinct character from one another. Beautiful FF&E selections, and conceptual presentations on architecture, lighting and landscape are included throughout the project that spans a total approximate area of 13,082 sqm.
