Solaire Resort North

Philippines

Solaire Resort North rises as a striking 38-storey landmark in Quezon City, redefining integrated resort design in northern Metro Manila and serving as the first true five-star integrated resort in the region.

Completion: May 2024

Designed by Habitus Design Group, the interiors embrace a sophisticated botanical theme brought to life through over 12,000 intricate drawings, bespoke chandeliers, artisanal wallpapers, and locally sourced materials including hardwood, woven textiles, hand-blown glass, and rare marbles.

The vertical resort comprises 530 guestrooms and suites, 14 dining venues, a pillarless 1,800 sqm grand ballroom, meeting and conference spaces, spa, gym, outdoor pool with kids’ waterpark, indoor kids’ club, boutique retail, and four levels of gaming. A standout feature is the 19,375 sqm pillar-free ballroom and the dramatic Mangrove glass sculpture by Nikolas Weinstein, which arcs nearly 100 feet through the lobby atrium.

Samantha Drummond led the interior vision for the project, balancing grandeur with a refined sense of local identity. The project reflects the Philippines’ story through purposeful design — a vision shaped around authentic storytelling and functional elegance.
