Paiza Mansions began as a special project to develop a secret, ultra-luxury hotel within the existing The Venetian Macau, a property owned by the Las Vegas Sands company. This unique “hotel within a hotel” allows VIP guests to stay on an invite-only basis. A hidden gem on the Cotai Strip within The Plaza Macao, Paiza Mansions is the definition of exclusivity and a project only possible through excellence in design and design management.
Samantha, being the client advisor and head of design, spearheaded the project that commanded the utmost attention to detail and luxury to satisfy the guests of this hotel as well as the operators.
Samantha along with a handful of key design firms designed innovative and expansive accommodations including the 2,000 sqm suites with exclusive private elevator access and personal butler services.
Samantha understood to tailor an immersive, sophisticated customer journey through interior design by developing everything from tactile details to spatial planning - ensuring the most exclusive experience for the guest.
