Four Seasons Resort, Macau, is a 5-star Integrated Resort with a hotel, convention, retail mall, Casino, Branded serviced residences, spa, and restaurants which continues to be a benchmark for luxury integrated resorts in Asia.
Samantha, being the client advisor and leading the design management on behalf of Las Vegas Sands, provided the vision for the interiors for the entire Integrated Resort and the idea to design and develop the first and largest high-end luxury retail experience in Macau, spanning 260,000 sq ft featuring an unprecedented 850 tenants, is still to this day a hugely successful luxury mall.
Samantha managed over 30 independent consultants, in house teams, key stakeholders in Las Vegas and within external stakeholders for the branded serviced apartments, retail mall and hotel operations team.
Samantha was directly responsible for managing the design expectations of the owners of Four Seasons Hotel, Isadore Sharp and Las Vegas Sands Chairman, Sheldon Adelson.
Four Seasons Macau was the first 5 star luxury destination resort in Macau - and paved the way for the success of the Cotai Strip.
